Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies is the second cluster of the Horizon Europe Pillar 2 Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness.  

Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies Cluster is aim at enhancing democratic governance and citizens participation, safeguarding and promoting cultural heritage, responding to and shaping multifaceted social, economic, technological and cultural transformations,  mobilising multidisciplinary expertise of European social sciences and humanities and providing evidence based policy options for a socially just and inclusive European recovery.

Horizon Europe Programme Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies Cluster has three different destinations namely;

  • Democracy and Governance 
  • European Cultural Heritage and the Cultural and Creative Industries 
  • Social and Economic Transformations 

The total budget of the cluster is 2.3 Billion Euros. The total budget of the 2021 call is 159 million Euros while it is 265 million Euros in 2022.
