About Cooperation
Cooperation between Turkey and Italy continues within the scope of EU Programmes.
Apart from this, bilateral projects in various thematic fields are supported through periodically open calls within the context of the Protocol on Scientific and Technological Cooperation signed between TUBITAK and National Research Council (Consiglio Nazionale delle Richerche-CNR) on 8 May 2002 and renewed on 6 June 2015.
Academic Cooperation Statistics
A total of 63 projects have been supported through joint calls launched between 2000-2016 in all thematic fields within the context of the Protocol on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between TUBITAK and CNR. The total budget of Turkish partners who have taken part in these projects is 5,590,345 TRY.
Industrial Cooperation Statistics
Turkey and Italy have collaborated in a total of 4 projects supported within the context of the EUREKA Programme between 2010-2016.
