Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies is the second cluster of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme Pillar 2: Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness.  

Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies Cluster aims to enhance democratic governance and citizens participation, safeguard and promote cultural heritage, respond to and shape multifaceted social, economic, technological and cultural transformations, mobilise multidisciplinary expertise of European social sciences and humanities and provide evidence-based policy options for a socially just and inclusive European recovery.

Horizon Europe Programme Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Societies Cluster has three different destinations, namely:

  • Democracy and Governance 
  • European Cultural Heritage and the Cultural and Creative Industries 
  • Social and Economic Transformations 

The total budget of the cluster is 2.3 billion Euros. The total budget of the 2024 call is 256 million Euros. The application deadline for 2024 calls is February 7, 2024.
