JRC coordinates knowledge services (knowledge and competence centres) to process science-based evidence, inform policy-makers, provide tools and services for all EU policy areas. Knowledge Centers (virtual entities, bringing together experts and knowledge from different locations), Competence Centers (centred on analytical tools which can be applied to any policy area) and Knowledge Services linked below are JRC's main tools for science-based policy.
