An Advanced Course on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) nexus approach in Mediterranean irrigated agriculture will be organized between 6-11 November 2023 by the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), in cooperation with the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (CIHEAM Zaragoza), PRIMA and the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA).
Within the framework of the Course of which applications will be open until 31 August 2023, 50 participants will be selected and out of them, 25 will participate in person and the remaining 25 will join remotely.
This course is designed for professionals from public or private organizations, including decision-makers, technical advisors, agronomists, environmentalists, engineers, and R&D specialists.
