The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) is currently seeking experts to evaluate proposals to be received under the 2026/2027 Horizon Europe calls in the domains of Climate, Energy, and Mobility. Horizon Europe is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation.
We are looking for:
- Technical experts: Specialists in one or more thematic areas supported by Horizon Europe (Climate, Energy and Mobility) with proven experience in implementation and delivery, notably, of research and innovation projects.
- Financial experts: Professionals with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and the assessment of project costs.
- Rapporteurs: Fluent English speakers with strong oral and written communication skills and a proactive approach to capturing discussions and drafting reports, ideally with prior experience in similar roles.
- Quality Controllers: Fluent English speakers, knowledgeable in the relevant Horizon Europe domains that will review the reports and will improve their quality and ensure consistency.
