The 4th cohort of the EIC Women Leadership Programme, organized in partnership with the European Innovation Council (EIC) and the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), is set to begin. Built upon the success of previous editions, this new cohort will take place from March to May 2024, offering training and support to enhance leadership and entrepreneurial skills for female leaders within the EIC and EIT community.
Female entrepreneurs aspiring to strengthen their leadership and entrepreneurial skills can apply until January 21, 2024.
Program Components
Training Sessions: In-depth exploration of various leadership and entrepreneurial topics. Networking Events: Expansion of business connections in the industry. Coaching Scheme: Addressing business challenges. Mentoring Scheme: Unlocking personal career development.
Eligibility Criteria
The 4th cohort of the EIC Women Leadership Programme is exclusively dedicated to female leaders in founding teams and/or chief positions (CEOs or other C-suite managers) of companies established at least 2 years before the call deadline. It is also aimed at those awarded or supported under the following EIC or EIT programs:
- SME Instrument Phase I and Phase II,
- EIC Pathfinder,
- EIC Transition,
- EIC Accelerator,
- Seal of Excellence under Horizon Europe,
- Women TechEU,
- EIT Programs (all KICs).
