EIT Manufacturing Summit
The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a component of the Horizon Europe program under the Innovative Europe pillar, support students, researchers, academics, entrepreneurs, and both public and private sector research and technology organizations in innovation and deep technology areas through grants with the Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) in various thematic fields. It offers education, coaching, mentoring, and business development services to a diverse target audience.
The Manufacturing Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC), supports projects that transform research into industry-ready solutions and promotes the success of entrepreneurs. By integrating education, innovation, and business creation activities, it ensures innovations reach the market and that the industry has the right skills.
On November 20-21, 2023, the EIT Manufacturing KIC will organize the EIT Manufacturing Summit in Brussels, Belgium. The purpose of the event is to focus on the role of skills development in achieving sustainable production innovation. It aims to showcase previously submitted and high-performing projects and solutions, highlighting the impact of innovative approaches to addressing current global challenges. Additionally, the event provides an opportunity for participants to network through one-on-one meetings.
