Within the scope of the EIT Urban Mobility, Konya was successful in the RAPTOR competition in 2023 and selected as the RAPTOR City for 2024 in which a call has been opened for the city Konya to receive the applications of mobility entrepreneurs!
What is Raptor Competition?
Rapid environmental changes are impacting our cities and require rapid and innovative actions. The Rapid Applications for Transport (RAPTOR) Programme, which was initiated by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology – Urban Mobility KIC, seeks to do just this via its agile competition. The RAPTOR competition matches European cities facing urban mobility challenges with start-ups with innovative mobility solutions. While each of the city challenges and proposed solutions are different, the common theme woven throughout is the urgency of the transition to more sustainable transport.
The call was opened with the “Improvement of Multi-modal Commuting Experience” title and it is open for the application of all SMEs and stat-ups.
Additionally, startups and SMEs should be registered as legal entities not more than 10 years ago from the official closing date of the call.

40,000 EUR project funding and mentoring support are available through the call and for more information about the project phases, support packages, technical conditions of the call, and application timeline please follow this link.
