Matchmaking regions and research and innovation actors for the 2026 Mission call

Thursday 19th March, 10.00 – 12.00 CET

This interactive matchmaking event brings together regions, local authorities and research and innovation stakeholders to foster collaboration and support the development of strong project proposals for the 2026 EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change calls.

The session will focus on two key topics under the 2026 Work Programme:

  • HORIZON-MISS-2026-01-CLIMA-05: Demonstrating solutions to protect and preserve cultural heritage from the impacts of climate change
  • HORIZON-MISS-2026-06-CLIMA-SOIL:  Joint demonstration of solutions to build soil resilience to extreme weather events and support food security

Regions will have the opportunity to present their climate adaptation challenges and specific needs, while R&I stakeholders will be able to express interest for these and explore collaboration opportunities that support innovative and place-based solutions.
