The New European Bauhaus (NEB) Facility is a comprehensive funding instrument aiming to create sustainable, inclusive, and aesthetically pleasing neighbourhoods. The calls launched under this framework are available in the Horizon Europe 2026–2027 NEB Work Programme.
The call topics included in the Work Programme are structured around three main destinations:
- Bringing together the green transition, social inclusion, and local democracy
- Circular and regenerative approaches for the built environment
- Innovative financing and new business models for neighbourhood transformation

As previously announced, a Matchmaking event with physical participation will be held in Brussels on 5 March 2026. If you wish the National Contact Point attending the event to present your organisation and share it with potential coordinator candidates in the subsequent stages, you are kindly invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) Form.
EOI Forms should be submitted in English, separately for each call topic, and sent to ncpneb@tubitak.gov.tr no later than 27 February 2026.
