Registration has opened for the Global Bioeconomy Summit 2026, one of the world's leading international events in the field of the bioeconomy. Organised by the Government of Ireland and the International Advisory Council on Global Bioeconomy, the Summit will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on 20 – 21 October 2026.
The event will bring together policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, investors and civil society organisations, providing a high-level platform to discuss the latest developments in sustainable and circular bioeconomy. It will also explore the contribution of bio-based solutions to addressing global challenges such as food and energy security, climate change, biodiversity conservation and health.
The Summit is also supported by the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), one of the key European initiatives promoting the transition towards a circular and bio-based economy. As part of the exhibition area, innovative bio-based products and technologies developed through CBE JU-funded projects will be showcased, providing an opportunity to present Europe's bio-based innovation ecosystem, collaboration opportunities and scalable solutions to an international audience.
