
Organized by TÜBİTAK within the scope of the Horizon Europe Programme, the “Legal and Financial Issues Info Days” were successfully held online in two separate sessions on 16–17 April 2026.
The event brought together a wide range of researchers and representatives from academia, industry, and civil society organizations, addressing key legal and financial aspects of Horizon Europe project development and implementation processes.
During the first session, held on 16 April 2026, comprehensive information was provided on the fundamental steps for project applications, processes on the Funding & Tenders Portal, as well as actual cost and lump sum budget preparation methods.
The second session, held on 17 April 2026, focused on grant agreement preparation and signature processes, PIC validation, LEAR appointment procedures, legal documentation processes, project budget management, and reporting.
The event attracted significant interest, and the session recordings have been made available through our social media channels for broader access.
