Kabul Polytechnic University will organize an international conference titled "International Water Conference 2024" in hybrid format from September 23st to 25rd, 2024.
The aim of the conference is to address water resource management issues in Afghanistan, discuss problems related to water resources, and provide a platform for discussion on topics such as sustainable management and water usage. The topics to be covered in the conference agenda are listed as follows:
Sustainable management of surface water and groundwater,
Effects of climate change on water resources,
Sustainable development and the future of water resources,
Infrastructure for water use/management, irrigation networks, and the impact of human factors on water resources,
Supply of potable water and sewage,
Water resource policies.
Experts wishing to present at the conference are expected to submit abstracts of their papers by August 10th, 2024, online.
