Two separate online pitching events are being organised by the EFFRA (European Factories of Future Research Association) in preparation for the 2026 calls of the “Made in Europe” Partnership. The events, which are open only to EFFRA members, will be held online on Thursday, 22 January 2026 at 09:30 (CET) and on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 at 14:00 (CET).
These members-only sessions offer a valuable opportunity to present your project ideas to the EFFRA community, exchange insights, and build connections around specific Horizon Europe 2026 call topics. Participants are encouraged to engage actively—whether by pitching, asking questions, or contributing feedback to others’ ideas.
The first session, on 22 January, will focus on materials and circularity, featuring discussions around:
- HORIZON-CL4-2026-01-MATERIALS-PRODUCTION-01: Advanced manufacturing for key products (including the use of advanced or secondary raw materials) – within the Made in Europe and IAM4EU partnerships (IA), and
- HORIZON-CL4-2026-01-MATERIALS-PRODUCTION-05: Circular advanced materials: facilitating the transition from design to markets – under the IAM4EU and Made in Europe partnerships (RIA).
The second session, on 27 January, will focus on digitalisation and emerging technologies, including:
- HORIZON-CL4-2026-01-DIGITAL-EMERGING-51: AI-enhanced advanced manufacturing and production processes in factories – part of the Made in Europe and ADRA partnerships (RIA). At least one proposal focusing on the textile industry will be funded, particularly concerning complex functional and technical textiles.
- HORIZON-CL5-2026-05-D2-03: Integrated Production and Product Development for Next-Generation Lithium-based Batteries for Mobility – within the BATT4EU and Made in Europe partnerships (IA).
- Other manufacturing-related calls aligned with participants’ expertise are also welcome.
Whether you plan to pitch or simply attend, these events offer an excellent opportunity to stay informed about the upcoming Made in Europe 2026 calls, discover potential partners, and gain early insight into project opportunities within the EFFRA network.
The events will take place online via GoToWebinar. Registration will help us identify participants and connect pitchers directly with the audience. Please note that the deadline for pitchers’ registration is 16 January 2026.
