The results of the Horizon Europe Programme – Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 call, which was open between 8 May and 10 September 2025, have been announced!

In this highly competitive call, which received over 17,000 applications and had a funding rate below 10%, a total of 155 proposals were submitted from Türkiye by Turkish researchers wishing to return to the country and by researchers from different countries intending to conduct their research at institutions in Türkiye. As a result, 8 projects have been awarded funding, with a total grant amount of €1.76 million.

Details of the funded projects are provided below:

  • AIMLA – High-Fidelity Fabrication of HAR Microlens Arrays via Adaptive Toolpaths, Intelligent Feedback, and Elliptical Vibration Cutting
    The project will be coordinated by Sabancı University.
  • CTC-RADAR – Circulating Tumor Cell-informed RADioresponse Assessment from heme-axis signatuRes
    The project will be coordinated by Koç University.
  • MR-Strokebot – MRI-guided Stroke Treatment with Ultrahigh Field-Steerable Robotic Magnetic Catheter
    The project will be coordinated by Middle East Technical University.
  • POWERUP – Producing Onscreen Women: Empowerment and Regulation Under Patriarchy
    The project will be coordinated by Koç University.
  • TOPOCLIM-EWS – Topological Insights for Hydroclimatic Extremes and Early Warning Signals
    The project will be coordinated by Middle East Technical University.
  • Val-PLAS – Intelligent Microbial Platform for Plastic Valorisation via AI-guided Synthetic Biology
    The project will be coordinated by Boğaziçi University.
  • AASE – Autonomous Active Sensing in Earthquake Victim Search
    The project will be coordinated by Middle East Technical University.
    This project has been funded under the ERA Fellowships scheme.
  • e-OXYGENATE – Integrated Platforms for Oxygen Delivery and Monitoring in Chronic Wound Healing Therapy
    The project will be coordinated by Erciyes University.
    This project has been funded under the ERA Fellowships scheme.
