The POLICY ENLARGE project — funded under Horizon Europe and dedicated to strengthening the integration of European Union (EU) enlargement countries, including the Western Balkans, into the European Research Area (ERA) — will hold its first webinar presenting the project's newly launched Open Call on 23 September 2026, 10:00 CEST, online.
The webinar is open to researchers, innovation actors, companies, research organisations, non-profit organisations, Digital Innovation Hubs, creative professionals and entrepreneurs from across the enlargement region. It will introduce the EUR 300,000 Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) scheme and the opportunities it offers for cross-border research and innovation cooperation and mobility.
Participants will be guided through the Open Call's three Funding Instruments:
- Funding Instrument #1 – Small Grants for Joint Regional Innovation Actions
- Funding Instrument #2 – Small Grants for Collaborative Uptake of Results
- Funding Instrument #3 – Small Grants for People-to-People Cooperation Projects
The session will also cover the OnePass application process, cross-border partnership requirements and available matchmaking support, followed by a question-and-answer segment. Speakers and the detailed agenda will be confirmed in due course.
Türkiye takes part in POLICY ENLARGE through the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), which acts as project partner and leads Task 2.2 (Research Infrastructures) and Task 4.10.
