The European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC) has launched a stakeholder survey titled “Building Food 2040” to gather input for shaping future research and innovation priorities for Europe’s food systems.
The initiative is carried out within the framework of Food 2030, the EU’s research and innovation policy approach for sustainable food systems. The results of the survey will contribute to the development of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda on Food Systems towards 2040.
Researchers, policymakers, industry representatives and other relevant stakeholders are invited to share their views on the future of food systems in Europe by participating in the survey. The deadline for participation is 13 March 2026 (12:00 CET).
