The Kick-off Meeting of the CoCirculation3 Programme, co-funded by the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions – COFUND scheme and implemented by TÜBİTAK, will take place on 24 October 2025 (Friday) at the TÜBİTAK Headquarters in Ankara.
The event aims to introduce the objectives, structure, and opportunities of the CoCirculation3 Programme, which supports the international mobility of researchers and strengthens Türkiye’s research and innovation ecosystem. It will also serve as a platform to foster collaboration among researchers, host institutions, and other stakeholders.
The programme will include opening remarks, presentations on the implementation of CoCirculation3, and sessions highlighting its contribution to international research collaboration and talent circulation.

Lunch will not be provided as part of the programme.
