The Rare Disease Clinical Trial Network is extending an invitation to early career researchers (ECRs) from under-represented countries to submit an abstract to the Rare Disease Patient & Investigator Conference in Dublin on 10th April 2025. 2 researchers will be chosen for reimbursement of flights and 2 nights’ accommodation to support conference attendance.
The ECRs are asked to submit an abstract on rare disease research, including methodology, or case / case series in rare disease through the linked form: https://forms.gle/i6sNhLgHsRph3LD98. This includes a request for short research CV and short summary of benefit of attending the conference.
Submissions for this travel opportunity are open until close of business 28th February 2025. ECRs include scientists up to 5 years post PhD and clinicians up to 5 years post completion of specialist training.
The eligible countries for this call include: Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania.
