11th Project Writing Camp Event on Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society 2024 Callswas held on 16-17 October 2023 in İstanbul organized by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project which is co-financed by the EU and the Republic of Türkiye and implemented by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology within the scope of Competitive Sectors Programme.
TÜBİTAK Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society National Contact Point Dr. İlknur Yılmaz made the welcoming speech of our onsite event which hosted more than 35 distinguished researchers. Following the opening remarks of Dr. Yılmaz, Team Leader Mr. Odysseas Spyroglou took the floor. Mr. Odysseas Spyroglou delivered a speech on the agenda and the scope of the event. The first thematic session of our event started with the presentation of Cluster 2 expert Dr. Kimberly Couvson-Liebe on “The Key Points of Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society 2024 open calls” and “Intelligence in Writing Impact section of Grant Applications under the Cluster 2 calls”. Afterward, our event went on with the expert Dr. Apostolos Dimitriadis’s presentations about writing excellence and implementation sections of grant applications under the Cluster 2 calls.
The second day of our event began with the presentation of our Training Coordinator Mr. Dr. Nikolaos Floratos on “Next Steps for Turkish beneficiaries to exploit successfully CL2 Calls 2024 in Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society open calls”. Our event came to an end after the hands-on practices in groups supervised by the experts and Cluster 2 National Contact Point.
