We are inviting you to our upcoming Horizon Europe General Introductory Training (online seminar) organized by TÜBİTAK under the scope of Technical Assistance for Türkiye in Horizon Europe Project. Taking place on October 3, this session is designed to give you a solid starting point in the Horizon Europe Programme and give you some help to navigate your potential success in the programme.
The online seminar is organized under the “Türkiye in Horizon Europe” Technical Assistance Project, co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with TÜBİTAK as the End Recipient of Assistance and supported under the Competitive Sectors Program.
This series of event we are hosting dedicated training session that offers a thorough and practical guide into the Horizon Europe everything-you-need-to-know package.
During this session, you will have closer look into the essentials: from discovering how to find the right calls in across different pillars, for your project ideas, to understanding the nuts and bolts of the application process and financial guidelines. We will also guide you through managing your Horizon Europe projects effectively, helping you leave with a solid grasp of what lies ahead. All training materials consist of documents compiled from European Commission literature, official templates, and thematic as well as practical insights prepared from an evaluator’s perspective.
In this online seminar, we will focus on both the technical aspects of proposal writing and its strategic dimensions. More specifically, you will become familiar withHorizon Europe Overview: We will begin with a clear briefing on the program’s objectives and how it can benefit your projects.
Finding the Right Fit: Not sure where to start or how to find the right calls and destinations for your ideas? We will walk you through everything you need to know to match your project with the right opportunities.
Application and Financial Guidance: Get practical tips on preparing proposals, budgeting, and handling financial aspects smoothly.
Project Management Insights: Learn about managing your Horizon Europe projects effectively, ensuring compliance and successful collaboration.
From Idea to Impact: Understand what makes a Horizon Europe proposal stand out. We will cover how to articulate your project’s potential impact, align it with EU policy priorities, and develop a compelling narrative that resonates with evaluators.
The seminar provides all participants with networking opportunities, along with the possibility to directly engage and interact with experts and TÜBİTAK National Contact Points (NCPs).
The training will be delivered in English by European experts.
