On 15 December 2025, the European Commission introduced updates to the application forms under the Horizon Europe Programme. The updates are as follows:
- For Research and Innovation Actions (RIA) and Innovation Actions (IA), the standard page limit has been reduced from 45 to 40 pages. For calls funded under the lump sum funding model, the page limit has been reduced from 50 to 45 pages.
For Coordination and Support Actions (CSA), the standard page limit is set at 25 pages, while for lump sum funded CSA calls, the page limit is 28 pages. - In the budget table (Table 3.1h), an explanation is now required only if equipment costs exceed 15% of personnel costs. (In the previous version, an explanation was required if all purchase cost items exceeded this threshold.)
- Tables 3.1i and 3.1j have been removed from the application forms.
