The review of award applications is conducted by the International Cooperation Department based on the scores provided in the Evaluation Summary Report (ESR). The decision to grant the Above-Threshold Award is made with the approval of the Presidential Office.
For projects subject to a two-stage evaluation process by the European Commission, the results of the second stage are considered. For projects evaluated through a three-stage process, the results of the third stage are taken into account.
In addition to the total threshold score, scores that meet or exceed the threshold for all sub-thresholds must also be obtained.
