PERSONS TO APPLY
In the case of actions approved and contracted by the relevant department of COST, the persons in charge of the organizations in Turkey which are in the main tenderer may apply.
The actions that researchers take as a "specialist participant" during their recommendation are not covered by COST Incentive Award.

APPLICATION CONDITION
In order to be eligible to apply, the contract for the relevant action must be signed by 2014.


DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

The documents to be submitted for the award are listed below:

  •  The COST promotion incentive award application form (filled online),
  •  The COST Statement of Common Intent, approved by the relevant department of COST,
  •  The Action Agreement between the legal entity in Turkey and COST, which demonstrates that the researcher is the "Main Proposal Owner" of the COST Action and conducts the researcher's research,
  •  Other documents to be requested by TUBITAK in case of need in the evaluation process.
