The Raw Materials Summit is organised by EIT RawMaterials, the world’s largest consortium in the raw materials sector. As Europe’s leading raw materials event, the Raw Materials Summit provides a holistic view of the raw materials ecosystem in the EU and beyond. The 5th edition of the Raw Materials Summit will take place from 15-17 May 2023 in Brussels and will feature leading players in the international raw materials industry, innovators, educators, researchers, prominent figures from the European Commission, NGOs, and more.
The mission to build a secure supply of raw materials to enable the transition to a carbon-neutral economy, and to strengthen Europe’s strategic autonomy and global competitiveness, gains ever more prominence on the EU’s strategic and economic agenda. The event is is a central part of that mission.
The event will present the latest innovations, policy initiatives, and the brightest new start-ups from across the raw materials value chain. Furthermore, participants will gain a unique opportunity to network with key actors from around the sector, exchange ideas and do business.
