The ERC - European Research Council funds creative researchers of any nationality and age, to run frontier projects across Europe.
6 researchers in Turkey have been selected for funding with a total budget of 11.3 Million EUR in the first ERC calls (ERC-2021-StG and ERC-2021-CoG) under the Horizon Europe Programme. They all have been supported by the TÜBİTAK's Principle Investigator Advancement Programme.
Among these researcher Dr. Sedat NIZAMOGLU is the first double grantee in Turkey. His first ERC project was NOVELNOBI.
We congratulate our eminent researchers and their host institutions.
