The purpose of this Call is to support transnational research and/or innovation projects addressing urban challenges to help cities in their transition towards a more sustainable and functional economy. The challenges are grouped into three themes called Transition Pathways: Positive Energy Districts (PED), the 15-Minute City (15mC) and Circular Urban Economies (CUE). DUT Call 2022 is funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe Partnership scheme.

Any consortium invited to the second stage can invite one additional co-applicant from the following list of funding agencies and ministries:

FFG, FIO, Innoviris, BNSF, RIF, TACR, MKM, ADEME, ANR, Rannis, MIMIT (formerly MiSE), LMT, MINBZK, UEFISCDI, SWEA, TÜBİTAK, BF, SFOE, Innosuisse.

As long as:

  • The new co-applicant was not declared ineligible in the first stage and was not already part of the initial consortium
  • You, as main-applicant and your new co-applicant contact the funding agency and the funding agency agrees
  • You inform the call secretariat (call2022@dutpartnership.eu) 14 days before the second stage closes and attach the approval (email, letter,..) from the funding agency
  • The additional co-applicant may not effect a significant change to the proposal’s original aims, impact and main tasks, but should enhance the original focus of the proposal
