Co-authored by two independent European experts, a long-term evaluation has been conducted, intending to inform the respective project stakeholders about the success of the projects, focusing on the impact of these TA projects on the Turkish Research Area (TARAL) with the straightforward intrigue to measure the impact of TH2020 projects on increasing the capacity of Turkish participants in H2020/ HE programmes.
The evaluation was conducted following the methodology of the European Commission Guidelines (EC) for Project Cycle Management (PCM). Experts have run Focus Group studies to analyse different stakeholders who had previously attended the TA projects training activities prior to their Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe application.
