Evaluation results of Horizon Europe Cluster 1: Health 2023 calls have been announced. Within the scope of the calls, 8 projects involving 7 different organizations from Turkey were supported by the European Commission. 3.5 Million Euro is granted by the European Commission to the Turkish organizations Involved in the projects.

 

  • PALLIAKID, in which SRDC Anonim Şirketi is a partner, is a multi-disciplinary project aiming to evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of new interventions in different health systems for children, adolescents and young people in need of palliative and end-stage care. In the STAGE project, the second project SRDC Anonim Şirketi is involved, it is aimed to demonstrate the importance of a lifelong approach for the prevention of rapid aging, which is defined by the accumulation of multiple morbidity, and to develop person-centered early diagnosis, screening, treatment and long-term care solutions.

  • Artificial Intelligence applications for the management of dementia patients in palliative care will be developed in the AI4HOPE project, in which BITNET Bilişim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi is involved.

  • The CCHFVACIM project, in which Sivas Cumhuriyet University is a partner, aims to develop vaccines and immunotherapy for Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever.

  • In the PREPARE-TID project, in which Sivas Cumhuriyet University and Kafkas University are jointly involved, rapid diagnosis of urgent cross-border infectious diseases is aimed.

  • PROSPERH project, in which İzmir Bakırçay University is a partner, aims to promote positive mental health and physical health in workplaces in changing environmental conditions.

  • In the PAIR project, in which IVBIO Teknoloji is a partner, epidemic data-based solutions will be developed to support rapid response to pandemics.

  • The European Partnership for Personalized Medicine (EP PerMed), which will be carried out by TUBITAK, aims to strengthen the sustainable health system by providing support to research and innovative approaches in the field of personalized medicine and transferring research results to clinical practice faster and more effectively. Researchers in our country will be part of the evidence-based and solution-oriented processes in the field of personalized medicine, with the support and contribution of the partnership's wide cooperation network, by taking part in international consortia within the scope of this partnership. The first International Joint Call within the scope of the partnership is planned to be opened at the beginning of 2024.
