Dear Researchers, Representatives of Academia, Industry and Civil Society Organizations,
A conference addressing the MSCA calls will be held on 15–16 April 2026, with the participation of the European Commission and TARAL stakeholders.
The Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) 2026 call will be opened by the European Commission on 9 April 2026 and will close on 9 September 2026. This call aims to support the career development of researchers holding a doctoral degree by encouraging their international, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility. Individual project applications from all research fields, without thematic restrictions, are eligible for funding.
The Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Networks (MSCA DN) 2026 call will open on 28 May 2026 and close on 24 November 2026. This call aims to train researchers who have not yet obtained a doctoral degree (doctoral candidates) through project proposals in innovative research areas, without thematic limitations.
The MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE) 2027 call will open on 15 December 2026 and close on 15 April 2027. Within the scope of this programme, it is aimed to promote the transfer of knowledge, technology and experience between sectors and countries through the exchange of research, technical and administrative staff between Türkiye and countries within and beyond Europe.
Covering all these MSCA calls and more, the “MSCA 2026 Calls Conference”, organized annually by TÜBİTAK National Contact Points, will be held physically in two different cities this year:
📍 15 April 2026, Wednesday – TÜBİTAK Feza Gürsey Conference Hall, Ankara
📍 16 April 2026, Thursday – Boğaziçi University Albert Long Hall (ALH), Istanbul
During both days of the conference, comprehensive information will be provided on:
- MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF)
- MSCA Doctoral Networks (DN)
- MSCA Staff Exchanges (SE)
- MSCA COFUND
- MSCA Citizens
In addition, a representative from the European Commission – Research Executive Agency (REA) will provide direct information and answer questions. Success stories from researchers who have previously received funding will be presented, and experts who have served as evaluators in MSCA processes will share their experiences.
Information will also be provided on TÜBİTAK’s MSCA Support Programmes, National Contact Point Services, and the EURAXESS Network.
The language of the event will be English, and no interpretation services will be provided.
