Evaluation of the Application

  • The evaluation regarding the general applications made to the Coordinators Support Program is made by the Evaluation Board.
  • Applications are sent to at least 2 external consultants before the Evaluation Board meeting for their opinions, and the support decision is made by taking these opinions into account.
  • After the approval of the general application and the notification of the result to the potential coordinator, the applications made for each sub-support including the travel to be benefited within the scope of the application are evaluated by the Evaluation Commission.
  • The applicant selects the expert individual or expert organization to provide the service, following the criteria published by TÜBİTAK, and notifies TÜBİTAK during the sub-support application. If the selected expert individual or expert organization is found to be insufficient within the context of the relevant criteria and the support's objectives by TÜBİTAK, the applicant must change the expert individual or organization and submit revised documents to TÜBİTAK.

Important Notice:

  • After the sub-support application is submitted, services should not commence before receiving the result email and obtaining approval from the expert individual or organization. TÜBİTAK, being a party only to "financial support" and not a participant in the contracts made with expert individuals or organizations, is not responsible for fees incurred for services related to sub-support applications that have not been approved.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Preliminary Review Criteria:

Applications are subject to review by the framework of the issues listed below, and in the following cases, the application is returned without being evaluated:

  • The application form and the information in its annex are not filled in completely and correctly,
  • For multi-partner projects, at least one of the project consortium organizations is from an EU member state; not specifying 3 organizations from at least 3 different countries participating in the Horizon Europe Program,
  • Unmet special conditions specified in the call.

 

  • Evaluation Criteria:

The Evaluation Board and external consultants consider the following eligibility criteria in the evaluation of applications:

  • Excellence
  • Impact
  • Implementation

 

ATTENTION!

In order for the application to be evaluated properly, the document requested in the application must be submitted in full and the application form must be filled in as detailed as possible.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS

The decision on the application is notified to the applicant via e-mail. Therefore, the e-mail address specified in the application must be an up-to-date address.
