LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
Coordinator candidates who have accepted a general application to the Coordinators Support Program are required to apply for each sub-support they wish to benefit under this application.
Under each approved application, applicants can benefit from support for project writing or pre-evaluation service once.
The coordinator candidate who benefits from project writing submission training support will not be able to benefit from project writing service support within the same application.
Coordinator candidates benefiting from the support are obliged to apply to the relevant EU FP call and should send the proof of submission (print screen of the submitted proposal) to TUBITAK at the latest two months after the call deadline.
According to the program rules and commitment, if applications submitted to the European Commission are deemed "ineligible," the support amount must be refunded to TÜBİTAK by the coordinator. Therefore, it is recommended that the responsibilities regarding submitting applications to the European Commission in an "eligible" manner and the arrangements for the repayment of support be carefully regulated in the contract to be made with the expert organization.
Coordinator candidates are obliged to send the receipt of the payment to koordinator@tubitak.gov.tr within 15 days after the support payment has been transferred to their account.
According to the program rules, if the applications supported within the scope of the Coordinators Support Program are also supported by the European Commission, it is mandatory to mention TÜBİTAK's support in all news, announcements, and other texts shared with the public.
