MSCA POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS (PF) PRE-EVALUATION SUPPORT
Definition and Scope of Support
Within the scope of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Project Pre-Evaluation Support Programme, pre-evaluation support is provided for the review of project proposals to be submitted to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) call by experts designated by TÜBİTAK, before the submission of the projects.
The MSCA PF Project Pre-Evaluation Support is intended for researchers who have prepared their project proposals for submission to the European Commission. Projects submitted to the Postdoctoral Fellowships – European Panel and the Postdoctoral Fellowships – Global Panel, where the host institution is based in Türkiye, are eligible to apply for MSCA PF Pre-Evaluation Support. Applications from researchers based in Türkiye who are applying to move to an institution in Europe are not accepted.
Project proposals submitted under the MSCA PF Call must be written in accordance with the evaluation criteria set by the European Commission.
As of 2026, the support programme will be open for applications continuously, and support applications will be accepted up to 60 days before the closing date of the relevant year's MSCA PF call.
No financial support will be provided within the scope of this support. The support process will be completed upon the communication of expert opinions, as determined by TÜBİTAK, to the applicants.
