WHO CAN APPLY

The MSCA PF Pre-Evaluation Support is intended for projects that have been prepared for submission to the European Commission and will be submitted with a host institution based in Türkiye.

Researchers employed by foundations, associations and their commercial enterprises, cooperatives, unions, chambers, and exchanges are not eligible to apply for this support.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Applicants for the MSCA PF Pre-Evaluation Support must meet the following criteria:

  • Meet the eligibility conditions set for the relevant MSCA PF call

    • No more than 8 years may have elapsed since the applicant was awarded their doctoral degree. (see MSCA Work Programme)

    • If the applicant submitted a proposal in the previous call year and intends to reapply with the same project, they must have received a score above 70 in their previous application.

  • Apply to the Postdoctoral Fellowships – European Panel or the Postdoctoral Fellowships – Global Panel with a host institution based in Türkiye.

REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

The following documents are required for application:

  • MSCA PF Pre-Evaluation Support Application Form

    • The form is completed online and is tailored specifically to MSCA PF calls. It must include a project proposal draft prepared in English, in as much detail as possible and in accordance with the format prescribed by the European Commission (B1 and B2 sections).

  • An up-to-date ARBİS curriculum vitae (with project experience information included)

  • Any additional documents that may be requested by TÜBİTAK during the evaluation process.

APPLICATION PERIOD

While the MSCA Pre-Evaluation Support is open for applications continuously, applications must be submitted no later than 60 days before the closing date of the relevant call, using the call-specific application form available at uidb-destekodul.tubitak.gov.tr.

Where the application deadline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, it is postponed to the next working day.

HOW TO APPLY

The support is open for applications on a continuous basis and applications are submitted online with an electronic signature.

For applicants residing abroad who do not have and cannot obtain an electronic signature, it may be possible to submit the application with a wet signature.
