Application Period

The first application to be made by the applicant for the network subject to support will be received through the “2028 – Ağlara Üyelik Desteği” program. If the applicant has a support application accepted in 2023 for the network subject to support, the application to be made for 2024 will be received through the “2028 – Ağlara Üyelik Desteği – Devam Eden Üyelikler” program.

Applicants

Universities, public institutions and organizations and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Türkiye can apply for the support. Non-profit organizations and industrial organizations that are not considered as SMEs under national legislation cannot apply.

After the application steps are completed, "Approve Application" button must be pressed, the e-signature process must be started and it must be ensured that the e-signature process is completed before the specified application deadline; otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be evaluated.

  • In order to complete the e-signature process, the authority of the establishment must be defined in the application system.

  •  It is possible to make changes on the approved support application before the e-signature process is completed. The change can be made by clicking the "Edit Application" button in "My Active Applications" on the same page, after the approval is removed by clicking the relevant button on the screen that appears when the "My Applications" menu is selected. It should not be forgotten that the application must be re-approved after the necessary changes are made. (For projects whose e-signature process has already started, the e-signature process must be canceled first.)
  • Documents uploaded to the electronic application system during the application should not be sent as hard copies to TÜBİTAK.
  • The occurrence of the following situations will have a negative impact on the evaluation phase of the applications:
    • Not all questions in the application are answered using a single language (Application language is Turkish.),
    • The area/cluster selected in the "Call Information" section of the application form is incompatible with the network applied for,
    • If the education, academic and professional experience and project experience sections of the applicant and/or team members' ARBİS CVs are empty.

The documents required for application are as follows:

  • Support for the Membership to the Networks Application Form (The form is filled during the online application)
  • (For the first applications) Document showing that the network has been contacted and a response has been received from the network. (that includes the fee information for the period of membership)
  • (For the first applications) Project Experience Document
  • Other documents to be requested by TÜBİTAK during the evaluation process, if needed.
