EVALUATION PROCESS

  • The applications made to the support are evaluated by the Evaluation Commission within the framework of the evaluation criteria listed above.
  • The decisions taken at the Evaluation Commission meeting are submitted to the Presidency and the feedback on the final decision is made to the applicant via e-mail registered in ARBİS. TÜBİTAK is not responsible for not being able to be notified because the e-mail address is not up to date or correct.

 

PRELIMINARY REVIEW CRITERIA

The applications are evaluated within the framework of the following issues, and the application is not evaluated in the following cases:

  • The information in the application form and its annexes are not fully filled
  • The applicant's CV of ARBİS or CVs’ of the coordinator organization project manager / ERC principal investigator / ERC panelist is not up to date

 

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The applications considered eligible during the preliminary review are evaluated by the Evaluation Commission within the framework of the following criteria:

  • Eligibility of the Applicant / Organization
    • Detailed explanation of the purpose, competence, the EU FP themes that organization aims to apply and of the visiting program
    • Compliance of the applicant's CV with the theme of the ​​EU FP
  • Eligibility of Coordinator Organization Project Coordinator / ERC Principal Investigator / ERC Panelist
    • CV compliance of coordinator organization project manager / ERC principal investigator / ERC panelist with the theme of ​​the EU FP
    • Past EU FP experience of coordinating organization project manager / ERC principal investigator / ERC panelist
