From Idea to Impact: İstanbul Hosts the Project’s Year-End Horizon Europe Finale, December 22, 2025

We warmly invite you to join us for the Horizon Europe National Info Day in İstanbul, organized by TÜBİTAK under the scope of the “Türkiye in Horizon Europe” Technical Assistance Project. Co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the Competitive Sectors Programme, with TÜBİTAK as the End Recipient of Assistance, this event will take place on December 22, 2025 to provide a solid starting point in the Horizon Europe Programme and valuable guidance to help you navigate your path to success.

Recognized as the national reference institution for Horizon Europe in Türkiye, TÜBİTAK continues to lead the programme’s outreach efforts. Building on this role, as part of the Horizon Europe Info Days series, the İstanbul event also features targeted training sessions offering a comprehensive and practical gateway into the Horizon Europe framework—an all-in-one guide for those seeking to engage with the programme effectively.

Throughout the day, you will have a closer look into the essentials: from discovering how to find the right calls in across different pillars, for your project ideas, to understanding the nuts and bolts of the application process and financial guidelines. We will also guide you through managing your Horizon Europe projects effectively, helping you leave with a solid grasp of what lies ahead. All training materials are carefully curated from official European Commission sources, including guidance documents, templates, and evaluator-informed perspectives, ensuring you receive both strategic and operational know-how grounded in real evaluation criteria.

Finally, bringing these insights together, in İstanbul, we will be focusing on strategic thinking that makes a project stand out. This programme is designed to give you clarity, direction, and hands-on insight through the following key topics:
