Within the scope of the activities of the Directorate for International Cooperation aimed at increasing the success rate of researchers who will apply for the 2023 MSCA PF call, MSCA Project Pre-Evaluation Support is offered under the "TÜBİTAK Uluslararası İşbirliklerine Katılımı Özendirmeye Yönelik Destek ve Ödül Programlarına ilişkin Usul ve Esaslar". The aim of the support is to ensure that more and higher-quality projects are submitted to host institutions in Türkiye and thus increase the success of our country under the Horizon Europe Program. Researchers can apply for support to have their draft project proposals evaluated and improved by a consultant/consulting company before submitting them to the European Commission.
Support applications will open on April 12, 2023 (at 12.00) and the deadline for support applications is July 28, 2023 (at 17.00). You can submit your applications online and electronically signed at https://uidb-destekodul.tubitak.gov.tr/. - Each researcher can apply for support once for the MSCA PF 2023 call. The evaluation process starts from the date the applications are received through the system, and the application evaluation process may take 2-3 weeks. Therefore, it is recommended not to wait until the application deadline to receive an effective pre-evaluation service.
