PRE-EVALUATION CRITERIA

TÜBİTAK reviews applications against the criteria listed below, and where the specified conditions are not met, the application is returned:

  • The information provided in the application form and its attachments has been completed to a level of maturity sufficient for an effective evaluation,
  • The required supporting documents have been appropriately uploaded to the application system,
  • The applicant does meet the eligibility conditions for the  MSCA Pre-Evaluation Support.

EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS

  • Applications are evaluated by TÜBİTAK with input from external reviewers who are competent in the relevant field, against the following criteria:
    • Excellence
    • Impact
    • Implementation
  • The Evaluation Committee prepares a final evaluation report in light of the external reviewer opinions received for applications submitted to the MSCA Pre-Evaluation Support, and this report is communicated to the applicant by email.
  • Applicants are advised to provide a current and frequently used email address. TÜBİTAK bears no responsibility for failure to reach the applicant due to an outdated or incorrect email address registered in ARBİS.
