The EIT Digital Flagship Conference 2021

EIT Digital Flagship Conference will take place on 14th of September 2021, between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM (CET), as an online and free to register event.

Participants will have the chance to grasp at a glance, how business and research partners turn ground-breaking digital tech innovations into market success and how they support European deep tech scale-ups to become global digital champions.

Also participants will learn how business and research partners grow digital talents into Europe’s tech entrepreneurs of the future, within Europe’s leading ecosystem for open innovation and digital venture creation.

General Info Day for the Horizon Europe (Hybrid Event) Erzurum, 20 September 2021

We have the honour to invite you to our General Info Day on Horizon Europe organised by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) under the “Turkey in Horizon 2020 Phase II” Technical Assistance Project which is co-financed by the EU and the Republic of Turkey and implemented by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology within the scope of Competitive Sectors Programme.

General Info Day is an introductory event targeting potential participants in Horizon Europe framework programme with little or no experience, as well as more experienced researchers that are eager and enthusiastic to comprehend the new Horizon Europe Framework Programme. The Info Day will provide information you need to know about the EU research and innovation programme and projects. The event will cover significant policy aspects of Horizon Europe: Strategic Plan & Work Programmes, as well as important practical approaches  to  participation: Calls for proposals, new Proposal Templates, and how to join EU research collaboration. Case studies will be also presented of success and failure stories.

The sessions are structured in such a way to help attendees grasp the fundamental concepts of Horizon Europe Programme and its support documents and in order participants to benefit from the programme. The content is enriched with presentations, curated literature from the EU, and useful templates.

The event will be held in Hotel Sway Hotel in Erzurum on 20 September 2021, commencing with registration at 09:45 and ending at 16:30.

Eurogia2030 and Call18 Webinar will be held on the 6th of September!

Eurogia will organize a webinar for the presentation of Call18 that will be closed on the 30th of September 2021 and a new concept of Eurogia2030. Besides the presentation of the new concepts, this event will give the opportunities to companies to introduce their project idea to find potential partners and strengthen networks for future partnerships.

Call for LEADERS - Women Innovators in Manufacturing at EIT RIS competition

What is LEADERS?

LEADERS is a competition aiming to reach out to support the best women innovators (i.e., professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs) playing a leading role in developing solutions / initiatives addressing manufacturing-related challenges with strong financial, environmental, or societal impact.

In the first round of submissions, 30 applicants will be pre-selected and receive online pitch training. In the second round of submissions, six top-ranked applicants will be invited to a Grand final award ceremony where three winners will receive publicity and prizes in the amount of

European DIGITAL SME Alliance and NetworldEurope SME Working Group - Workshop on 5G, Edge Computing and IoT

On Thursday, September 16, from 10.00 to 13.00 CET, the European DIGITAL SME Alliance and the NetworldEurope SME Working Group will be hosting their first joint online workshop on 5G, Edge Computing and IoT. The workshop will discuss issues related to opportunities and challenges of market access and uptake of SME solutions. It will also discuss security-related issues in 5G, IoT, Edge computing, Machine Learning, Quantum computing and other enabling technologies, with focus on cybersecurity standards and certification. Participation is free of charge.
